Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Surat. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary assessments. They will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, maintain candidate pipelines, and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, the Recruiter will work to build and maintain relationships with potential talent and stay updated on industry hiring trends.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, talent sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation
• Experience in candidate screening, conducting interviews, and creating job descriptions
• Proficiency in using job portals like LinkedIn, Work India, Job Hai, Naukri, etc. and recruitment-related tools
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple hiring needs effectively
• Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards
• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
