Trillium Drivers is now seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead their recruiting efforts in the Dallas, TX area! This is anonsite position.

The Recruiter role is responsible for achieving the financial goals of branch office by maintaining employee and client relationships, maintaining a sufficient pool of field staff employees to meet current and anticipated customer demand, and filling clients' orders with quality employees who will meet client expectations.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity. The pay is $20-22 per hour plus commissions.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of recruiting or call center experience.
• Previous Staffing experience is preferred.
• Previous service industry experience
• Transportation Staffing experience is preferred but not required
