Role Summary:

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for senior and leadership roles across domains. You will engage with clients, understand their talent needs, source high-caliber professionals, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand strategic hiring requirements.
• Identify and attract senior-level professionals through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong network of executive-level talent.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence to clients.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain high standards of communication throughout.
• Meet individual targets on closures, TAT, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in executive or leadership hiring (retained or contingent search).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and others.
• Experience hiring across sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, IT, consumer, etc., is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Proven track record of closing senior-level positions.
