As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a high-performing Recruitment Consultant to own and grow a recruitment vertical across technology and financial services. This is a high-impact opportunity within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will develop your network, maintain and nurture relationships, and play a pivotal role in supporting talents in identifying the right career path. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities


  • Build and grow client relationships, uncover hiring needs, and drive new business
  • Deliver consultative recruitment solutions across tech and/or financial services
  • Source, assess, and place talent across C-level, GTM, corporate, and technical roles
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer
  • Deliver market insights on hiring trends, salaries, and talent to refine pitches and solutions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and employer branding



Requirements


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition within the tech/financial industry; prior internship/experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and people-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping others succeed.
