Regional Sales Manager (Recruitment / RPO)
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 3–8 Years
Education: MBA from Premier Tier-1 Institutes (IIMs, XLRI, ISB, FMS, MDI, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership & Enterprise Sales
- Own and deliver annual revenue targets of INR 1.5 Crores+
- Drive end-to-end B2B enterprise sales across recruitment and RPO solutions
- Build a strong, qualified pipeline and ensure predictable revenue conversion
2. CXO-Level Solution Selling
- Engage with CHROs, CEOs, CFOs, and Business Leaders
- Lead consultative, solution-oriented sales conversations
- Pitch tailored solutions across RPO, permanent hiring, and workforce strategies
3. GCC & Market Expansion
- Identify and build opportunities within GCCs and large enterprises
- Develop deep understanding of GCC hiring models, scaling strategies, and talent demand
- Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities
4. Relationship & Network Building
- Build and leverage strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders
- Expand network across enterprise accounts and decision-makers
- Drive long-term partnerships and repeat business
5. Deal Closure & Execution
- Lead proposal development, commercials, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams for seamless execution
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery
Candidate Profile
Must Have
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales
- Strong exposure to CXO-level stakeholder management and solution selling
- 3–8 years experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or RPO industry will be preferred.
- Experience handling minimum INR 1.5 Crores+ revenue targets
- MBA from a Premier Tier-1 institute.
Preferred
- Experience in permanent hiring and/or RPO solutions
- Strong CXO network and enterprise relationships
- Understanding of GCC ecosystem and hiring landscape
Skills
- Strong consultative selling and business development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to influence and close large, complex enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of HR and talent solutions landscape
