Care Areas Include: CTVS, Oncology ICU, MICU, PICU, Gastro ICU, Organ Transplant ICU, G-OT, Cardiac OT, Ortho OT, Neuro OT, BMT, Medical/Surgical Wards, Emergency

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments, considering clinical condition, pain, hygiene, allergies, safety, and overall patient status.
• Develop nursing care plans each shift based on patient needs, safety, diet, and assessment findings.
• Establish priorities for nursing needs based on assessment, identified problems, and estimated length of stay.
• Implement admission protocols, maintain accurate records, and update patients and families.
• Demonstrate knowledge of AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank) and GST (Greet, Smile, Thank).
• Utilize effective communication skills in reporting pertinent information on time.
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients including assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans.
• Perform advanced clinical procedures such as ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and CRRT.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition with timely communication and intervention.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, disease management, and medication adherence.
• Comply with hospital policies, infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and confidentiality regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Maintain valid nursing registration and medication administration records.
• Adhere to all safety policies and uphold Max Healthcare values and grooming standards.
