Role SummaryYou are responsible for the effective execution of the Asset Maintenance and Reliability Program. This role ensures all manufacturing operations maintain the highest safety and quality standards in strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesAsset Management: Execute and sustain the Asset Life Cycle Management (ALCM) strategy.Reliability Programs: Manage reliability programs using industry-standard tools and methodologies to optimize equipment uptime.Project Support: Lead and support fast-track engineering projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.Supervision: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of maintenance technicians and external contractors to ensure timely task completion.Technical Optimization: Conduct equipment criticality studies and recommend maintenance strategies, including preventive maintenance plans, task lists, and spare parts management.Maintenance Execution: Perform hands-on troubleshooting and rectification of equipment issues (Corrective Maintenance) within a cGMP environment.Compliance Documentation: Author and update SOPs, Work Instructions, and Checklists in adherence to regulatory and cGMP requirements.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and operational safety.Training: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to train and guide team members on specific technical processes or systems.
RequirementsDiploma /Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical preferred).Min 2 - 4 years of relevant experience within cGMP-regulated manufacturing environments.Technical expertise in Reliability, Maintenance, or E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) for production equipment.Prior experience participating in regulatory inspections and supervising technical teams/contractors.Strong customer focus with a commitment to continuous learning and benchmarking.Proactive communication style with a focus on knowledge sharing and early issue escalation.A results-oriented "can-do" attitude with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and meeting stretch targets.
