Remote Launch Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Launch Manager. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end product launch processes, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful releases.

Your expertise will enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. By managing risks and guiding documentation, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position not only requires detailed planning but also demands strong leadership to foster collaboration across departments.

Accountabilities Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans aligning with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product launches. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.

Serve as the main point of communication for launch-related updates. Create and maintain detailed launch documentation and reports. Coordinate training materials and sessions for internal teams.

Oversee quality checks to ensure launch activities meet standards. Conduct post-launch evaluations and gather feedback for improvement. Continuously refine and improve launch processes.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field. PMP certification or equivalent preferred. 5+ years of experience in product operations or program management. Proven success in leading complex product launches.

Experience managing workflows in Aha! for product planning. Familiarity with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Demonstrated ability to design and scale operational processes.

Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives. Ability to coach and influence teams effectively. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
