The Aspenwood Company - 3808 Cleghorn Avenue - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and dining, while encouraging as much independence as possible; Serve meals in the dining room or residents apartments, assist in meal preparation, and encourage proper nutrition and hydration; Initiate and participate in leisure activities, encouraging residents to socialize and build friendships; Maintain accurate and timely records, documenting leisure activities, incidents, observations, and any changes in residents' conditions; Be an active member of the communitys emergency response team
