We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee two exciting concepts — KoHo and Wu-Tang Kitchen. This dual-role position combines Executive Chef and General Manager responsibilities, offering full ownership of culinary direction, operational execution, team leadership, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead menu development and culinary innovation across both brands.
  • Standardize recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen systems for consistency.
  • Oversee daily operations of both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH).
  • Manage labor scheduling, food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
  • Drive financial performance: P&L, labor costs, COGS, and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Partner with leadership on long-term strategy, seasonal menus, and promotions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • ServSafe Certification required.
  • 5+ years of experience as Executive Chef, General Manager, or Chef-Operator.
  • Strong track record in menu development, operations, and financial management.
  • Experience opening new restaurants or managing multi-concept operations preferred.
  • Airport dining experience a plus.
