Job Description:
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on fostering a guest-centric environment, managing service quality, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere. You will use your communication skills to engage with guests, aiming for 100% table visitation to guarantee a high-quality dining experience.
This role involves close collaboration with the management team, particularly the Kitchen Manager, to ensure seamless coordination between the front and back of the house. You will receive daily guidance and support from the Managing Partner. We are committed to the professional growth of our team and prioritize internal promotion.
