This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Minden, LA. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing profit and loss statements, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality customer service, budgeting, and hiring staff. Additional responsibilities include training and developing team members, maintaining operational standards, and handling administrative tasks as needed.

• Experience in P&L Management and Budgeting skills
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Hiring and Training staff
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business management is preferred
