Restaurant General Manager

$75,000–$90,000 base + quarterly bonus

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire teams, and deliver standout guest experiences. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes great hospitality starts with people.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations with excellence in service, quality, and cleanliness
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop strong FOH & BOH teams
Own P&L performance, labor management, and COGS targets
Manage inventory and cost controls using Toast & Xtra Chef
Drive sales growth and operational efficiency
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
Partner with culinary leadership to ensure strong kitchen execution
Represent the restaurant through local marketing and community events
Schedule
• Five-day work week (up to 50 hours)
• Fixed days off: Monday & Tuesday
• Leader-on-the-floor presence during peak days and seasons
What We’re Looking For
2–3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience
Strong operational & financial acumen
Hands-on, people-first leadership style
Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and community
Compensation & Benefits
$75K–$90K base salary
Quarterly bonus based on prime cost
