THE RIGHT RECIPE

• Leads high-volume service periods from the floor or expo, ensuring food quality, service, table touches, and presentation all meet Stella standards.
• Performs line checks with BOH team to ensure food quality; takes a proactive role regarding food safety with local Health Department standards alongside company safeguards; ensures the integrity and upkeep of the facility.
• Manages all FOH & BOH team members, “leading your leaders” according to company policies regarding interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, scheduling, labor costs/management, training and development; plans, assigns, and directs work; conducts performance appraisals; rewards and disciplines employees.
• Partners with FOH and BOH management team to maximize sales and optimize profits through the management of P&L's, inventory and controllable costs to achieve results.
• Pursues professional and personal growth for both management and key hourly team members.

• For more than 5 years, as a manager, you've been a key ingredient in the success of a full service, high-volume restaurant

• You have expert knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations
• You are caring, self-motivated, and exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence
