RN Registered Nurse ICU Charge

As a key member of our ICU team at HCA Healthcare, the ICU Charge Nurse plays a critical role in managing nursing staff and overseeing patient care operations in the intensive care unit. This position requires strong leadership to ensure high-quality care and operational compliance are maintained according to our standards. The Charge Nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, making real-time decisions and adjustments in a fast-paced environment.

Supervise and organize the ICU nursing staff and operations. Ensure all staff adhere to healthcare regulations and safety standards. Manage patient care and prioritize high urgencies.

Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, and families. Implement patient care plans and monitor patient progress. Mentor and train new staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in clinical skills with an ability to manage intense situations.
