Business Analyst – Process Discovery / Intelligent Automation

Preferred Experience:

● Total 8years experience.

● Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Intelligent Automation tools/platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or similar.

● Familiarity with process mining/discovery techniques and tools.

● Experience preparing ROI justifications or business cases for automation projects.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

About the Role:

● Proven experience as a business analyst, process analyst, or similar role (ideally in automation, digital transformation, or operations).

● Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and process documentation.

● Excellent process mapping and analysis skills with an eye for detail.

● Experience guiding customers and stakeholders through process improvements and technical solutions.

● Demonstrated ability to upsell or identify value-adding opportunities within client engagements.

● Outstanding communication and facilitation skills (verbal and written).

● Comfortable working with non-technical and technical audiences.

● Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
