Job Overview
- We are looking for a motivated 2 to 5 years of experience and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Delhi.
- As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our innovative products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Identify and target potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance analysis, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in technology sales, preferably in IT/ITES products and services.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
