Role Overview: We are looking for a self driven Sales Account Executive with experience in B2B Sales to join our sales team. The candidate should be ambitious, result oriented with great attention to details. It is an individual contributor role wherein you would work with a small but highly competitive and effective team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings and target segment to better serve the clients.
- Own the full sales cycle - from responding to inbound leads to executing targeted outbound outreach.
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
- Contacting potential customers on LinkedIn, via phone calls and emails.
- Conduct demo meetings and help customers choose the right offering.
- Handle objections, negotiate and win new customers.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (SMB / Mid-market preferred) as a Sales Executive / Account Executive in a B2B SaaS/IT Software/IT Products Company.
- Minimum 2 yrs experience in managing global sales in the region - Gulf / India
- Hands on experience with sales enablement tools for email and call outreach.
- Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles and consistently achieving quota
- Ambitious and result-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and convincing skills, with effective active listening.
Good to have:
- Previous experience in HR-tech Sales.
- Solution or consultative sales experience.
- Has worked at a growth stage startup.
- Experience dealing with International customers.
- Education background of Computer Engineering and MBA.
