Work Schedule: Night (US/Canada time zone)
Role Description
As Fotello’s Sales Account Executive (in-person, Gurugram), you’ll be on the frontlines of converting free-trial subscribers into long-term, paying customers. You’ll identify high-intent leads, engage them with empathy and urgency, and nurture them through the decision-making process. Working closely with marketing, product, and customer success, you’ll build a repeatable system for trial-to-customer conversion that directly drives revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the free-trial → paid conversion funnel, ensuring every lead gets timely outreach and follow-up.
- Qualify trial users by understanding their needs, workflows, and purchase readiness.
- Run high-volume outreach via email, calls, and in-app chat to engage and educate prospects.
- Deliver crisp product walkthroughs and demos tailored to real estate photographers and enterprises.
- Handle objections with confidence and guide prospects to the right pricing plan.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize trial nurturing campaigns and handoff points.
- Log all interactions and outcomes in the database, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility.
- Consistently hit and exceed trial conversion and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside and Inbound sales. (SAAS Sales experience is mandate)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills; ability to build trust quickly with creative professionals.
- Comfort with high-velocity Inbound activity (calls, emails, chats).
- Ability to demo a product with clarity, highlighting value over features.
- Grit and coachability—eager to learn, iterate, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Open to work in US shift from office
