Role Summary:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in India. The Sales Account Manager will focus on managing key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer interactions, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

📌Requirements:

• Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in Lead Generation and effectively managing client portfolios to drive business growth.
• Strong proficiency in Customer Service and understanding customer needs to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and identify new opportunities.
• Experience in workflow automation, cloud computing, or digital transformation is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
