Anter Consulting is a fast-growing Consulting & Recruitment firm founded in 2021, with offices across Singapore, Dubai, the USA, and Amsterdam.

We specialise in supporting mission-critical industries including Data Centres, Life Sciences, and Digital Infrastructure. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Singapore team and work directly with our Directors on high-impact mandates across APAC and globally.

This is a high-growth role with strong exposure to both business development and recruitment delivery , offering a clear path for progression as the company expands.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Full Recruitment Cycle
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes—from client acquisition and role qualification to candidate placement and offer negotiation.
• Drive Business Development
• Identify and win new clients, build pipelines, and expand existing accounts across key sectors.
• Source Top Talent
• Proactively headhunt and engage high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network.
• Partner with Clients
• Advise clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent availability to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build Long-Term Relationships
• Develop trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Stay Ahead of the Market
• Keep up with industry trends (Data Centres, Pharma, AI, etc.) to position yourself as a subject-matter expert.
