Position Overview

The Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and guiding homeowners and commercial clients through the roofing and exterior improvement process. This role is ideal for a driven professional who values trust, long-term solutions, and representing a company with a legacy of excellence.

You will act as a consultant—not a high-pressure salesperson—educating clients, presenting clear solutions, and closing projects that meet Brubaker Bros' quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on residential and commercial roofing leads
  • Conduct on-site inspections and assessments
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing and exterior solutions
  • Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals
  • Clearly explain scope of work, materials, timelines, and warranties
  • Communicate consistently with customers to ensure a smooth sales experience
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams for seamless project handoff
  • Follow company sales processes and documentation standards
  • Update CRM with detailed notes, photos, and customer interactions
  • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
  • Represent Brubaker Bros with professionalism, integrity, and confidence
