What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Client Engagement – Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.

🔹 Property Listings – Help create high-quality listings with captivating photos and compelling descriptions.

🔹 Property Viewings – Conduct engaging property tours, showcasing each home’s unique features.

🔹 Negotiation – Secure the best deals by expertly negotiating between buyers and sellers.

🔹 Documentation – Manage contracts and records to ensure smooth transactions.

🔹 Market Research – Stay ahead of local market trends to provide clients with expert advice.

🔹 Customer Service – Deliver a top-tier experience, guiding clients through every step of the buying process.

🔹 Administrative Tasks – Keep organized records and handle sales-related paperwork efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus!)

✅ Valid driver’s license (essential for property viewings)

✅ Real estate experience preferred (but not required we welcome talent from all backgrounds)

✅ Exceptional communication skills and a client-first approach

✅ Motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced industry
