WSI Europe is expanding its sales team and looking for a Sales Director Europe to drive growth across strategic markets.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategy across Europe
- Build relationships with key clients (refineries, EPC contractors)
- Manage pipeline and forecasts (CRM/ERP)
- Lead regional sales managers
- Support technical proposals with Engineering & Field teams
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Work closely with Field Execution and Welding Managers
Requirements
- Experience in technical B2B sales in heavy industry (welding, maintenance, EPC, oil & gas, power, WTE)
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally within industrial or field services sectors (min. 5 years)
- Strong background in project management, financial analysis, and cost optimization
- Effective leadership, team development, and cross-functional communication skills
- Strong network in European industrial sector
- Ability to understand technical scopes
- Experience with international projects
- Fluent English (min. C1), knowledge of other language will be of advantage
- Nice to have: IWE / engineering background
