WSI Europe is expanding its sales team and looking for a Sales Director Europe to drive growth across strategic markets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategy across Europe
  • Build relationships with key clients (refineries, EPC contractors)
  • Manage pipeline and forecasts (CRM/ERP)
  • Lead regional sales managers
  • Support technical proposals with Engineering & Field teams
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Work closely with Field Execution and Welding Managers

Requirements

  • Experience in technical B2B sales in heavy industry (welding, maintenance, EPC, oil & gas, power, WTE)
  • Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally within industrial or field services sectors (min. 5 years)
  • Strong background in project management, financial analysis, and cost optimization
  • Effective leadership, team development, and cross-functional communication skills
  • Strong network in European industrial sector
  • Ability to understand technical scopes
  • Experience with international projects
  • Fluent English (min. C1), knowledge of other language will be of advantage
  • Nice to have: IWE / engineering background
