We're on the lookout for a sharp, energetic Sales Engineer to join our frontline sales team and fuel the next phase of growth.

Your Role:

You're not just selling bearings — you're solving problems. As a Sales Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between product and application, working directly with our channel partners and end-users to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales across your assigned territory through direct visits and channel engagement
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bearing and power transmission products
• Build long-term relationships with OEMs, and maintenance teams
• Achieve monthly targets through strategic planning and execution
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support where needed
• Monitor competitor activity and report market trends to management

You Bring:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 1–3 years of field sales experience (bearings or industrial products preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented attitude
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
