Role Description

● Handle and manage sales-related data entry with high accuracy and consistency

● Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases regularly

● Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics

● Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets

● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations

● Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback

● Ensure all documentation and reporting are well-organized and up-to-date

● Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements

● Prepare and present reports to management as required

Qualifications

● Must have hands-on experience in warehousing sales

● Strong data management and MS Excel skills

● Good leadership and team-handling abilities

● Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills

● Thorough understanding of sales processes and reporting

● Good communication and coordination skills

● Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
