Luxury Brand Sales Manager
Mercedes-Benz of St Louis is seeking an experienced Luxury Brand Sales Manager with a proven track record to join the team. We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, motivating, and process-driven with 5+ years of Sales Manager experience. The ideal candidate should have a very strong background in Luxury Brand Automotive Sales and will possess the ability to engage and manage a highly motivated sales staff. Must have references and the ability to lead the department.
Sales Manager Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Minimum 5 years of automotive sales management experience
- Minimum 2 years of automotive Financing experience
- Proven track record of successful people management skills
- Strong background in a financial / budgeting role
- Ability to manage inventory and close deals
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass drug and background checks
