About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in AI and Data Annotation services. This is a strategic, revenue-focused leadership role responsible for expanding market presence, building enterprise relationships, and developing high-value consultative sales solutions.

The role requires strong domain exposure in AI/ML services and the ability to scale a sales function while working closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities in Data Annotation & AI domains
  • Plan and execute strategies to expand customer base
  • Collaborate with operations to build customized client solutions
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Develop high-quality bid/tender responses and sales toolkits
  • Support pricing strategy and market entry initiatives
  • Manage enterprise accounts and post-sales relationships
  • Provide forecasts, analytics, and competitor intelligence
  • Build and close strategic partnerships
  • Lead contract negotiations and deal closures
  • Work closely with senior leadership on expansion plans
  • Build and manage sales & pre-sales support teams

Domain Knowledge & Experience

  • 5+ years overall sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years in AI / Data Annotation / ML services sales
  • Managed $2M+ annual revenue portfolio
  • Experience working with top Indian system integrators preferred
  • Familiarity with major data labeling platforms is an advantage
