Position Overview

Rothco is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Managers to grow and manage new and existing customers. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, strong relationship building skills, and an interest in tactical, outdoor and military products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify, pursue and grow new sales opportunities.
• Present Rothco’s product lines to all types of customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Conduct regular customer visits, calls, follow-ups and add on sales.
• Provide product knowledge, promotions and merchandising support.
• Discover new product needs from customers that Rothco can supply.
• Provide management with daily feedback utilizing CRM software.
• Attend trade shows, industry events and internal meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B Sale, preferably from one of our key categories of business.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self- motivated with excellent time management abilities.
• Confident working independently in a field or remote environment.
• Knowledge of military, tactical or outdoor products a plus.
