Sales Manager – WTF Gyms

Location: Sector 9, Noida + NCR field

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Experience: 4–6 years

Reporting to: Head of Sales

Short JD (Role Summary):

Drive and own end-to-end membership sales across 8–10 gym locations, manage a large on-ground core sales team and ensure achievement of high-value monthly revenue targets.

Key Requirements (Updated):

• Must have handled monthly targets of ₹2–5 Cr
• Must have managed a core sales team size of 30–50+ members
• 4–6 years of experience in D2C / direct sales with strong team handling
• Experience managing multi-location on-ground sales teams
• Strong sales execution, daily/weekly performance reviews and conversion focus
• Hardcore, target-driven and field-oriented profile
• Comfortable working 7 days/week on ground with the team
