Job Title: Sales & Service Manager

Job Location: Delhi

What You Will Be Doing:

• Drive sales targets through effective distributor management in assigned territories
• Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions with distributors to enhance performance
• Support sales activities, tenders, and key projects, including new product launches
• Provide technical and service guidance to distributors when required
• Coordinate with internal and regional teams on logistics and operational matters
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and share key insights
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports

What You Need for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
• 5+ years of experience in sales and service within the healthcare or life sciences industry
• Experience with medical freezers, refrigerators, and CO₂ incubators is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strategic mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
