Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any major; Sales, Marketing, or related fields are a plusMinimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, training, or coaching, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer productsProven experience in training and developing sales teams (field sales, distributor teams, or retail sales)Strong understanding of sales operations, including territory, distributor, and account managementSkilled in delivering engaging training sessions, including role-play, simulations, and practical coachingWell-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple training programs in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for all sales training programs and initiatives for regional sales teamsAssess current sales capabilities and define skill benchmarks across functions (MT/GT/TM)Develop and manage a structured training roadmap, including regular training, refreshers, and coaching programsDeliver and execute end-to-end sales training programs to improve team performance and execution in the fieldDesign and develop training materials, modules, and post-training evaluationsAnalyze training needs and leverage data insights to enhance sales capability and performanceMonitor and report on sales team development and training effectiveness, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., SOM, HRBP)
