Role: Salesforce Architect (Revenue cloud)

Location: Hyderabad (WFO)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design:

Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture across multi‑cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud). Design Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ, Billing, subscription management, and revenue operations. Architect contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems. Establish scalable approval workflows, governance frameworks, and data stewardship models. Define and implement Salesforce security models including role hierarchy, sharing, data protection, and compliance

Technical Leadership : Provide architectural direction to cross‑functional teams including developers, admins, QA, and integration engineers. Drive platform strategy, technical best practices, coding standards, environment management, and CI/CD pipelines. Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership to translate business requirements into robust solutions.

Integration & Enterprise Architecture: Develop and own integration strategy across internal and external enterprise applications (REST, SOAP, middleware, APIs). Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to enterprise standards. AI, Automation &

OCR Capabilities: Lead initiatives around AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and conversational solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Provide solution direction for OCR-based document processing, contract ingestion, and workflow automation
