Job Description

Salesforce Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in the Banking domain and Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive business and functional analysis initiatives.

Job Description

Extensive expertise in Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Trade Finance, Client Services, Complaints Handling and KYC/KYB desks.

Create business cases for the above-mentioned line of businesses.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements related to Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations

Utilize deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud to design and optimize sales processes

Act as a liaison between business teams and technical developers to ensure clear communication and successful delivery of solutions

Evaluate existing Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and user experience

Support the development of training materials and user documentation to facilitate adoption of Salesforce solutions

Stay updated with Salesforce Sales Cloud features and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions

Participate in testing and validation of Salesforce Sales Cloud customizations and integrations

CRM Assessment project experience would be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead business and functional analysis efforts specific to Salesforce banking domain projects.

Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements

Define and document user stories process flows and use cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements

Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure requirements are accurately implemented

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders

Identify risks and issues related to Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and propose mitigation strategies

Facilitate user acceptance testing UAT and support issue resolution during deployment phases

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the Salesforce domain
