Salesforce Consultant

Note: This is an onsite UAE opportunity. Candidates open to relocating to Dubai are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Gather and define business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure seamless data flows and integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, Payment Gateway, Marketing Tools).
• Develop and configure Salesforce workflows, process builders, validation rules, flows, and custom objects.
• Collaborate with developers to design scalable, efficient, and high-performing solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, and APIs.
• Support Salesforce security and compliance efforts, ensuring proper role-based access, permissions, and data governance.
• Establish and implement best practices for change management, deployment strategies, and release management.
• Drive continuous process improvements, identifying areas where automation and system enhancements can increase efficiency.
• Perform impact analysis and ensure smooth implementation of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
• Lead and support user training, adoption strategies, and knowledge transfer for business teams.
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of expectations and solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce as a Techno-Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Solution Designer.
• Strong Salesforce configuration expertise including custom objects, flows, validation rules, permissions, and process automation.
• Hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (LWC), and API integrations.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of data security, governance, and compliance in Salesforce implementations.
• Experience working with multi-functional teams including developers, admins, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing the end-to-end SDLC in a Salesforce-driven environment.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration,or a related field.
