Role: Salesforce Engineer (FinDock) Salary: Up to £60,000 - DOE Location: United Kingdom TechOhana has partnered with a well known Charity who is searching for a Salesforce Engineer with hands on Findock experience. The type of person they are looking for is someone who thrives on building seamless, scalable solutions and loves turning complex challenges into elegant workflows. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on FinDock integrations.

Collaborate with product, sales, and IT teams to optimise donor management, payments, and CRM workflows. Analyse business requirements and translate them into robust Salesforce architectures. Ensure best practices in customisation, automation, and reporting.

Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations to continuously enhance platform performance. Requirements: Proven experience in Salesforce development and configuration. Hands-on experience with FinDock, including payment processing and donor management.

Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, and Flow Builder. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment. Strong communication skills, with a knack for turning technical jargon into business-friendly insights.
