We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (Salesforce) to join an international team working for a leading client in the automotive sector. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based systems used worldwide.


What you’ll do


  • Diagnose and resolve Salesforce incidents (L2/L3), ensuring system reliability and data integrity.
  • Support the evolution of Salesforce applications, including customization, configuration, and functional enhancements.
  • Identify recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams, business stakeholders, and end users.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to building an efficient, high-performing support environment.


What we’re looking for


  • 2+ years of experience in IT consulting or technical support.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce, beyond basic user support (configuration, customization, troubleshooting).
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, integrations, and workflows.
  • Experience with databases (Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, or cloud environments (AWS preferred).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in multicultural, distributed teams.
  • Fluent English (C1).


❗ Important

This role is not focused on Salesforce consulting, marketing or purely functional roles. We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in incident resolution and support environments.

⏰ Schedule: 40h/week, flexible working hours (typically between 8:00–17:00)

🌍 Language: English (working language) β€” Spanish B2 is a plus
