S&oe Sr Analyst

MISSION

To integrate and strategically align market demand, manufacturing capacity and inventory management, prioritizing customer commitment.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

1. Consolidate unrestricted market demand through interfacing with the customer, other plants, Sales and Marketing, as well as updating the information in the SAP system;

2. Understand demand and analyze the market to ensure the accuracy of information and meet customer needs;

3. Align factory capacity and inventory levels, performing all necessary modeling for the medium and long term;

4. Lead meetings with Logistics, Production, Sales and Finance Managers to align on modulation strategies, ensuring communication among all involved parties;

5. Monitor relevant KPIs and ensure the attainment of targets by strategically adjusting production modulation and achieving optimal inventory levels;

6. Ensure that customer needs are reflected throughout the company, guaranteeing they are met; 7. Contribute to the accuracy of demand forecasts to ensure balance across the entire supply chain; 8. Monitor the company's indicators and results to maximize company profits.

KNOWLEDGE

● Deep experience in S&OP, preferably within industrial environments.

● Strong understanding and application of statistical demand forecasting, inventory management frameworks and strategic production capacity planning.

● Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP required), coupled with advanced analytical skills in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

● Experience with Google Workplace.

● Analytical and strategic skills for data-driven decision-making.

● Excellent communication and the ability to influence across different organizational levels.

● Fluent English.
