Required Qualifications

Education

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent professional qualification

Certifications (Preferred)

• SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting Certification
• SAP Controlling (CO) Certification – Good to have

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO Greenfield implementation across multiple company codes and legal entities
• Configure and optimize GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Costing, and Controlling modules
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill, and other Indian statutory requirements
• Design and manage intercompany transactions, group accounting, and consolidation-ready structures
• Drive integration with MM, SD, PP, and OCR/AP automation solutions
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate RICEFW developments with technical teams
• Lead UAT, cutover planning, data migration validation, go-live, and hypercare support
• Establish and enforce standardized finance processes and internal controls across all entities

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA Finance architecture, including New GL, Universal Journal, and Business Partner concept
• Proven experience in multi-legal entity Greenfield implementations
• In-depth understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance in SAP
• Experience with integration points across MM, SD, PP, and third-party automation tools
• Working knowledge of data migration (LSMW / Migration Cockpit) and S/4HANA best practices

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead discussions with plant stakeholders, auditors, and business leaders
• Experience mentoring junior consultants and coordinating cross-functional teams
