Job Title: SAP FI (CO) Consultant

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid – 1–2 days on-site per week)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, IN HOUSE

About the Company

Our client is a global Life Sciences organization headquartered in Germany currently undergoing a major S/4HANA transformation. As part of their international SAP team, they are looking for an SAP FI (CO) Consultant to support the rollout and development of their global Finance template.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a global S/4HANA transformation program. You will work closely with international stakeholders to implement, enhance, and support SAP Finance solutions across multiple regions.

Your main focus will be SAP FI, but experience with SAP CO is beneficial (not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the rollout, integration, and development of the global Finance & Controlling (FICO) template
• Configure and implement SAP FI solutions within the S/4HANA environment
• Assist with testing, training, and data migration activities
• Collaborate with global teams to support template localization and rollout projects
• Identify opportunities to optimize finance and controlling processes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with SAP FI (SAP CO knowledge is a plus but not required)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori
• Ideally exposure to Vendor Management
• Experience working on global rollouts and template-based implementations
• Degree in Economics, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Fluent English
