Job Details: Job Title: SAP GRC Security Location: Bangalore/Hybrid Duration: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC & S/4HANA Security Consultant with strong expertise in managing access control, security design, and compliance for enterprise SAP environments. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, S/4HANA Security, and SOX compliance, along with hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining secure SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and manage SAP GRC Access Control solutions, including Segregation of Duties (SoD). - Develop and maintain S/4HANA Security, including Fiori and HANA role design. - Perform user administration, role management, and access control reviews. - Conduct periodic security audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards like SOX. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure secure system implementations. - Analyze and mitigate security risks, ensuring proper authorization management. - Support GRC module management, risk analysis, and firefighting configurations. Mandatory Skills (Must Have) : - Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (A. 12.0/10.x) - In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA Security, including Fiori and HANA role management - Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and mitigation - Hands-on experience in user and role administration - Strong understanding of SOX compliance and security governance practices Nice To Have Skills : - Experience conducting SAP Security Audits and managing compliance frameworks - Exposure to SAP IDM (Identity Management) - Experience working with cross-functional implementation teams - Knowledge of SAP Cloud Security and integration with on-prem systems Staffworxs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
