Job Description

Position Summary:

  • Drive organizational readiness and user adoption of SAP.
  • Bridge technical SAP implementations with people enablement.
  • Ensure stakeholders successfully transition from current-state processes to future-state SAP solutions.
  • Own enterprise change enablement to balance people adoption, business readiness, data integrity, and stable cutovers.


Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Readiness

  • Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments across SAP workstreams:
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Plan-to-Produce (P2P2)
  • Develop and execute change strategy and communication plans.
  • Design and deliver role-based training for:
  • End users
  • Super users
  • Leadership
  • Define and track adoption KPIs (utilization, proficiency).
  • Create readiness dashboards and manage resistance.
  • Engage executive sponsors and business leaders.
  • Lead cutover and Hypercare enablement activities.
  • Develop reinforcement and continuous improvement plans.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain stakeholder hierarchy maps.
  • Develop and manage RACI matrices.
  • Conduct cross-functional impact assessments.
  • Lead change champion networks and super-user programs.
  • Deliver executive-level communications.
  • Provide regular progress and adoption reporting dashboards.

Training Enablement

  • Develop role-based training strategies and learning paths.
  • Coordinate with functional leads for content development.
  • Oversee training delivery and execution.
  • Establish structured post–go-live support models.

Post–Go-Live Value Realization

  • Monitor adoption metrics and performance KPIs.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities.
  • Support Hypercare and sustaining engineering.
  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.



Skills:

10+ years of relevant SAP experience

Strong SAP module knowledge (MM, SD, FI/CO, PP)

Understanding of cross-functional process flows

Knowledge of configuration vs. customization

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations

Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM and SAP BTP

Knowledge of EDI, CPI, and middleware integrations

Document governance (RACI, version control, compliance)

Strong cross-functional collaboration and facilitation skills
