SAP Business Analyst CS (Customer Service) – Start ASAP – Toronto, Canada

For our client we are looking for a SAP Business Analyst CS (Customer Service) with strong problem-solving skills in SAP ECC and S4/HANA systems.

Tasks

  • Gather business requirements, analyze issues, propose improvements & solutions as per business priorities, configure the SAP system accordingly
  • Study Business Process (AS-IS) and map (TO-BE) Business Process
  • Conduct key users training with training materials for end users
  • Provide knowledge transfer to colleagues about new implemented solutions
  • Create and update program functional specifications with test cases for developers and follow-up progress of development
  • Create and update mapping documents for Process Integration teams and follow-up enhancements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP CS and/or SD/MM with international clients and previous E2E involvement in SAP implementations
  • Good knowledge of logistic processes and/or CS processes which should include implementation, support, design, training and configuration
  • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Very good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Very good organizational and time management skills
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving abilities
