𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Security Administrator to join our Information Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and securing critical IT infrastructure, monitoring threats, identifying vulnerabilities, and responding to security incidents. You will play a key role in strengthening our cybersecurity posture and ensuring the resilience of our systems and operations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Configure, manage, and monitor firewall rules; analyze logs to detect anomalies and unauthorized access attempts.

• Deploy and administer SIEM solutions; monitor security events and escalate incidents as per defined playbooks.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across networks, applications, and endpoints; track remediation efforts.

• Monitor system and network performance to identify potential risks and bottlenecks.

• Maintain and secure in-house application hosting servers, including Linux environments.

• Develop, test, and maintain incident response playbooks; conduct simulations and tabletop exercises.

• Manage email security controls, including phishing simulations, filtering policies, and threat analysis.

• Lead Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives, including drills and post-exercise reporting.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in security operations, network security, or system administration.

• Strong understanding of enterprise security practices and infrastructure management.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

• Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM platforms, and endpoint security tools.

• Experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.

• Proficiency in Linux server administration and shell scripting.

• Familiarity with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR).

• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS.

• Exposure to EDR/XDR platforms and threat intelligence tools.

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SSCP, or equivalent (preferred).

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to respond to incidents effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
