Sales Account Manager

Enterprise Physical Security & AI Solutions

A fast-growing security technology company redefining physical security through AI-driven solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to own new business acquisition and strategic account growth across the NYC metropolitan area.

This is a standalone, high-visibility role for a proven hunter with success closing complex, six-figure security software and services deals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition and enterprise account growth
  • Independently source, qualify, and close deals
  • Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships
  • Manage territory and sales execution without administrative or heavy marketing support
  • Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days in the field (flexible)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of complex software/services sales experience
  • Proven success closing six-figure deals
  • Strong executive presence and business/technical acumen
  • Experience selling into Commercial Real Estate, Multifamily, or Warehousing/Distribution, Education or other industries
  • Established C-level network in target markets
  • Miller Heiman sales training preferred
  • High integrity and self-directed work style
