Senior Accountant Financial Reporting

Our client, a well-known global hospitality leader is seeking a solid accounting professional to prepare and review financial reporting and financial analysis for the business' operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements and related footnotes across multiple jurisdictions under US GAAP, IFRS, and GASB standards.
• Manage quarterly roll-forwards, top-side adjustments, and reconciliations for equity, investments, intercompany transactions, debt schedules, and derivative instruments.
• Develop, automate, and analyze financial reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements, including fluctuation analysis to validate balances and treatments.
• Lead and support financial system implementations, conversions, and process improvements.
• Coordinate external audits and provide required documentation across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to implement new reconciliations and ensure accurate intercompany and subsidiary reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned while fostering positive relationships with internal teams.

What They\'re Looking For:

• MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2-4+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Multi-entity organization and consolidations experience is a MUST
• US GAAP experience and preferred knowledge of IFRS and/or GASB reporting.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools.
