Senior Accountant

🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior Accountant | Hyderabad (Onsite)

Job Brief:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations. The role involves handling end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting business decisions through accurate financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively while driving financial efficiency and control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, including timely regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and maintain proper documentation for audit processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support cost control, profitability, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee vendor payments, administrative financials, and maintain accurate records for transparency and audit readiness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
• Professional certifications (CA Inter/CA/CPA or equivalent) preferred. 
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance. 
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience in handling end-to-end accounting processes and compliance.
