Job Title: Record to Report (RTR) Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

Working Days: 5 days a week

Joining: Immediate joiners only

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RTR Specialist to manage end-to-end Record to Report activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with month-end close, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities
• Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, provisions, reclassifications)
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Coordinate with onshore and cross-functional teams
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in RTR / General Ledger accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS preferred)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in night shift and meet tight deadlines
