We combine advanced AI software, robust infrastructure, and deep domain expertise to build modular AI SaaS for real estate investors, developers, and managers. Our solutions range from chatbots to advanced analytics to full agentic automations.

Your Role

This position is for experienced AI engineers who want more than just clean code. You want a meaningful impact.

You will:

Deliver AI projects that grow our AI business unit

Build, integrate, and evaluate production-grade AI/ML models and demonstrators

Track and translate cutting-edge AI research into working solutions

Shape and protect our AI-related intellectual property

Design scalable APIs, data pipelines, and backend infrastructure

Automate builds, tests, and deployments (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code)

Uphold rigorous testing, documentation, and security standards

Work cross-functionally to embed AI into our product portfolio

What You Bring

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

3+ years of experience in applied AI, delivering real-world solutions

Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++ (OOP, clean code, design patterns)

Deep knowledge of ML algorithms, data preprocessing, and at least one major framework (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Practical experience with MLOps: web servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and version control systems (Git)

Fluent English and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
