Key Responsibilities

Identify areas of friction across investment and operational workflows and drive improvementsApply AI and digital tools to simplify processes, reduce repetitive manual work, and improve decision-makingLead initiatives from idea through to implementation, ensuring solutions are embedded into daily workflowsWork across investment, data, technology, and operational teams to translate business needs into practical solutionsDrive adoption of tools and processes, ensuring sustained usage and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate10–15+ years of experience across consulting, technology, or in-house roles with exposure to digital, data, or AI-led workStrong understanding of AI, data, and modern technology with the ability to apply it in real business contextsDemonstrated experience implementing solutions end-to-end, not just designing or advisingProven ability to work across business and technology teams and drive initiatives from idea to adoptionHands-on exposure to AI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, automation) with a strong curiosity to experiment and learnExperience working across both front-office and operational teams is preferred
